Cancellation and changes must be informed to the EcoBalance2012 secretariat by the *cancellation form by e-mail attachment.

  • If proper notification is received on or before 10 Sep. 2012, 70% of the total registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations and changes informed on or before 31 Oct. 2012, 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations informed after 1 Nov. 2012.

All refund will be made after the conference. In case of refund made by bank transfer, the transaction fee will be subtracted from the total amount of refund.
